The HSCA Legislative Campaign to Update Hawaii's Outdated PI Laws

THE PLAN
HSCA has hired a lobbyist with the intent to introduce legislation to make the following changes to Hawaii’s outdated PI laws:

1. allowed amount per visit raised to $125;
2. number of visits not limited to 30 but based on medical necessity; and
3. ability to refer to physical therapy and massage. 

THE PRICE TAG
The cost of hiring the lobbyist is $50,000, and we need your financial support to cover this expense. We believe the benefit to the profession will far exceed this price tag

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
We are asking each doctor to make a $50 per month contribution for 12 months. Contributions can be made monthly or as a lump sum.
