The Hawaii State Chiropractic Association (HSCA) was formed in 1985.  Prior to that, the profession was represented by two different associations.  In 1985, a consensus prevailed and the two associations were merged into one organization and it has remained so to today.  The HSCA is recognized as the official representative of the chiropractic profession in Hawaii by governmental, legislative, community, healthcare, and insurance entities.
