Membership Categories and Fees

• Student Member $100
• First -Year Hawaii Resident Doctor $300
• Regular - Second Year or longer in Practice $600
• Retired - no longer in practice $100
• Lifetime Member - $0
  "Lifetime members are general members sixty-five (65) years of age and older who have been members in good standing for the two consecutive years prior to eligibility. Life members shall be exempt from paying dues to the HSCA and shall have all the rights and privileges of general members.”
• Out-of-State Member $250
• Sustaining Member (corporate or business) $500
• Auxiliary Member (individual or non-business) $35

Memberships must be maintained. Members who are more than 90 days in arrears of dues may be terminated and lose their access to valuable member only information and their ability to vote at meetings. Reinstatement of membership will require another application and acceptance process.

We welcome all doctors to be part of the professional organization. Besides showing unity within the profession, membership demonstrates commitment to the principles that founded our great profession. By banding together and bonding together, we strengthen our ability to speak authoritatively to the community at large on healthcare issues.
